I’ve been teaching woman the techniques of the tease for several years preparing them to seduce audiences on stage. My students gain confidence, pose and an understanding of the classic art of burlesque. Level one is perfect for anyone who’d like to become a burlesque performers or just get in touch with a sexier more confident you!
Burlesque isn’t limited to the stage, in fact my first ever burlesque performance was a Valentine’s Day present for a very special someone. They enjoyed it immensely #bestpresentever but I think I enjoyed it more! I felt so beautiful, so strong, so sexy performing a striptease in my bedroom for an audience of one. So we’ll start out tapping in to your unique brand of sexy then put that to work with classic burlesque fundamentals and dance combinations. No Dance experience necessary!

Over 6 weeks you’ll discover what “kind of sexy” you are, craft your burlesque persona, learn classic burlesque fundamentals, and craft a your very own burlesque solo. You can choose to debut your solo at our Graduation show or just perform in the group number for less pressure.
All Classes are held in person at Crown City Dance in Pasadena. Each week we’ll be doing movement exercises as well as building confidence and poise, so have something comfortable to move in that you feel sexy in and shoes you can dance in! Oh and there will be homework so get ready to WERK!

Drop-In Class – If you want to try one class, you can purchase a drop-in class. Classes and choreography build on each other week by week so drop-ins are not allowed after week 2 without prior instructor approval.
